Kabi’s Ultimate Healthy Breakfast

On a nice sunny morning nothing beats this fresh fruit and yoghurt breakfast for me.
In a glass cup I’ve added the following ingredients;
slice of grapefruit, diced pineapple (to balance the sourness of the grapefruit), few slice of kiwi, banana, top with plain yoghurt. Add few slice of orange and top it with another layer of yoghurt. Sprinkle with assorted nuts and seeds for eg. almond, walnut, pistachio, pine nut, etc and for the sweetness add some honey, which has great health benefits as well.
Can’t be easier to make a healthy filling breakfast!
