Gooey Hot Chocolate Pudding by NS

As it’s my birthday today I thought I will surprise myself with a chocolate heaven.


  • 200g Good Quality Dark Chocolate
  • 60g Butter
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Heaped spoon of Nutella
  • Preparation time: 15 minute
  • Cooking time: 20 minute
  • Serves: 4 person

Set the oven at 200℃. Melt the chocolate in a basin suspended over the pan of simmering water. Add the butter to the melted chocolate and gently stir in the Nutella.

Separate the eggs and add the yolk to the sugar and beat till thick and creamy. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites till airy and almost stiff.

Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar, then carefully fold in the egg white with a metal spoon.

Scoop into the four buttered dishes. Bake for 15 minute, until risen. The tops should be cracked and the middle still slightly wobbly.
