Start(er) of the week

Monday was never my favourite day of the week, but right now… couldn’t be further from the truth.

Rye Bread, Pancetta, Blue Cheese and Toasted Pistachios

During the weekend I bought some smoked pancetta. Also my Sunday afternoon is devoted to baking my fresh bread for the coming up week.

Aubergine Paste

My mum used to make this cheap and cheerful paste when I was a kid. It’s lovely to use it as a dip with pita bread or spread it on a toast.
