Start(er) of the week

Monday was never my favourite day of the week, but right now… couldn’t be further from the truth.

Rye Bread, Pancetta, Blue Cheese and Toasted Pistachios

During the weekend I bought some smoked pancetta. Also my Sunday afternoon is devoted to baking my fresh bread for the coming up week.

This dish is one of my favourite choice if I need to make quickly a square meal before a night out. I buy my quark from the polish shop. It’s a bit less moist than you can buy from the supermarket. You can find it under twaróg.
