I haven’t had pasta dish for a long time now. My pasta machine must have felt neglected.

This is my take on of the classic Italian lasagne recipe. It’s easily feed 6 person which is a great dish to make if you need to feed a bunch of hungry friends.

Finally, I  got my hands on an Imperia Lusso SP150 Pasta machine. Not the best choice for getting rid of excess weight, but I will use it with caution.

This dish is one of my favourite choice if I need to make quickly a square meal before a night out. I buy my quark from the polish shop. It’s a bit less moist than you can buy from the supermarket. You can find it under twaróg.
